• Call and email data — call recordings, transcripts, sentiment and quality scores from Callified, and email delivery/open/reply events from SendGrid.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Prospex dashboard, campaign configuration, and reporting features.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate and improve the Prospex platform: running your campaigns, enriching and syncing leads to your CRM, placing and transcribing AI calls, sending and tracking email sequences, billing you accurately for connected‑minute usage, and providing customer support.

4. Third‑party processors

We share data with the following categories of processors, solely to deliver the service:

• Apollo & Hunter — lead enrichment (email and phone lookup);
• Your CRM — lead storage and status tracking, using your own connected CRM instance;
• SendGrid — outbound email delivery;
• Sarvam & Deepgram (via Callified) — AI voice synthesis and call transcription;
• Proxy providers — dedicated IP routing for safe LinkedIn account activity.

We do not sell personal data to data brokers or advertisers.

5. Data retention

Lead and campaign data is retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, unless you request earlier deletion. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account's configured retention window.

6. Data security

We apply technical safeguards including encrypted storage of session credentials, scoped API keys, and access controls limiting who can view lead and account data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our marketing website uses cookies to remember campaign attribution (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers) so we can understand how visitors found us. These cookies do not track your activity across unrelated third‑party sites.
